# Commission Regulation (EU) No 1158/2010 of 9 December 2010 on a common safety method for assessing conformity with the requirements for obtaining railway safety certificates (Text with EEA relevance), Division 7

The decisions of national safety authorities shall be subject to judicial review. National safety authorities shall therefore have policies and principles by which they can be assessed. Moreover, national safety authorities shall also have a complaints procedure.
