Article 35 Treatment of inspection reports

F1A fisheries administration must collaborate with other Contracting Parties in order to facilitate judicial or other proceedings arising from a report submitted by an inspector under the Scheme, subject to the rules governing the admissibility of evidence in domestic judicial or other systems.
