A fisheries administration must report to the NEAFC Secretary by 1 March each year for the previous calendar year:\n(a) the number of inspections it has carried out under Articles 19, 20 and 26, specifying the number of inspections on the vessels of each Contracting Party and, where an infringement has been committed, the date and position of the inspection of the individual vessel concerned and the nature of the infringement;\n(b) the number of hours flown and the number of days at sea on NEAFC patrols, the number of sightings of both Contracting Party vessels and non-Contracting Party vessels, and the list of individual vessels for which a surveillance report has been completed.\n2. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
