A fisheries administration must designate the competent authority which shall act as the contact point for the purposes of receiving surveillance and inspection reports in accordance with Articles 12, 19, 20 and 27 and for receiving notifications and issuing authorisations in accordance with Articles 24 and 25.\n2.
