  "text": "1. The competent authority of a fisheries administration must send without delay to the NEAFC Secretary the information provided to it pursuant to Article 48(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 as well as the call sign of the vessel that has lost the gear.\n2. A fisheries administration must undertake to retrieve on a regular basis lost gears belonging to United Kingdom fishing vessels.",
