  "text": "This Regulation shall not apply to apricot kernels, oilseeds, other than groundnuts (peanuts) and processed products thereof, which were placed on the market at a date prior to the date of application in conformity with the provisions applicable at such date.\nThe burden of proving when the products were placed on the market shall be borne by the food business operator.",
