  "text": "Consignments of live animals shall only be introduced from third countries into Great Britain where the consignment arrives at the border control post ... within 10 days of the date of issue of the appropriate veterinary certificate.\nIn the case of transport by sea, that period of 10 days shall be extended by an additional period corresponding to the duration of the journey by sea, as certified by a signed declaration of the master of the ship, drawn up in accordance with the form required for the declaration, as published by the appropriate authority from time to time, and attached in its original form to the veterinary certificate.",
