# Commission Regulation (EU) No 237/2010 of 22 March 2010 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1342/2008 establishing a long-term plan for cod stocks and the fisheries exploiting those stocks (revoked), Division 1: Where discard data per vessel are not available, the request shall be accompanied by information gathered from onboard observer schemes or other sampling programmes. The data submitted shall be relevant to the group of vessels. In order to assess the proportion of cod in the catch during the activity of the group of vessels, Member States shall provide the following information:
