# Commission Regulation (EU) No 25/2010 of 13 January 2010 derogating from Regulation (EC) No 796/2004 as regards the reduction of the amounts of the aid for farmers in Greece for 2009, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from 1 January 2009.
It shall expire on 16 February 2010.
