# Implementing Regulation of the Council (EU) No 364/2010 of 26 April 2010 amending Regulation (EC) No 1487/2005 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain finished polyester filament fabrics originating in the People’s Republic of China, Article 1
