# Commission Regulation (EU) No 396/2010 of 7 May 2010 opening a tariff quota for certain quantities of industrial sugar for the 2010/2011 marketing year, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2010.
It shall expire on 30 September 2011.
