# Commission Regulation (EU) No 406/2010 of 26 April 2010 implementing Regulation (EC) No 79/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on type-approval of hydrogen-powered motor vehicles (Text with EEA relevance), Article 5: GB component type-approval mark

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Every hydrogen component or hydrogen system conforming to a type in respect of which GB component type-approval has been granted pursuant to this Regulation shall bear a GB component type-approval mark as set out in Part 3 of Annex II.
