  "text": "Member States shall notify to the Commission, not later than the 10th of each month for the previous month, the quantities of milk and milk products imported under preferential conditions other than tariff quotas, as referred to in part J of Part I of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 for which import licences have been issued, broken down by CN code and by country of origin code.\nThe notifications shall include nil returns.",
