# Commission Regulation (EU) No 494/2010 of 25 May 2010 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1 shall apply from 15 December 2009.
Article 2 shall apply from 1 January 2010.
