  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 is hereby amended as follows:\n(1) the following paragraph is added to Article 4:\n‘For Iceland assistance shall be provided in particular subject to the Reports and the Strategy Paper of the Enlargement package.’;\n(2) the following is inserted after ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’ in Annex II:\n‘Iceland’.",
