# Commission Regulation (EU) No 549/2010 of 23 June 2010 amending and correcting Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 laying down common detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards buying-in and selling of agricultural products under public intervention, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply:
(a) from 1 July 2010 for beef and veal, butter, skimmed milk powder and cereals; and
(b) from 1 September 2010 for rice.
