  "text": "1. Where the sum of the amounts notified by the Member States in accordance with Article 53 reaches EUR 30 million, the Commission may, taking account of the Union’s international commitments, suspend the application of Article 43(1) to exports not covered by a refund certificate for a maximum of 20 working days.\n2. Under the circumstances set out in paragraph 1, the Commission may, in accordance with Article 16(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1216/2009, suspend the application of Article 43(1) of this Regulation to exports not covered by a refund certificate for a period exceeding 20 working days.",
