  "text": "Member States shall notify the Commission no later than the fifth day of each month of the amounts of the refunds granted pursuant to Article 43(1) from the sixteenth day to the end of the previous month, and no later than the twentieth day of each month of the amounts of the refunds granted pursuant to Article 43(1) from the first to the fifteenth day of that month. Where applicable, Member States shall inform the Commission that no amounts have been granted between the relevant days.",
