  "text": "In respect of goods, the quantity of each of the basic products to serve as a basis for calculating the amount of the refund, hereinafter ‘the reference quantity’, shall be determined in accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9, except where reference is made to Annex III or where Article 47(2) applies.",
