# Council Regulation (EU) No 712/2010 of 26 July 2010 amending Regulation (EU) No 53/2010 as regards certain fishing opportunities and amending Regulation (EC) No 754/2009, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Points 1 to 5 and 8 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2010.
Article 1(6) and Article 2 shall apply from 1 February 2010.
