  "text": "For the purpose of this Regulation, ‘juveniles’ means:\nspecimens of cod smaller than 35 cm,\nspecimens of haddock smaller than 30 cm,\nspecimens of saithe smaller than 35 cm,\nspecimens of whiting smaller than 27 cm.",
