  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 July 2010.\nHowever, Article 1(2), as regards point B of Part II, Part III, point (a) of Part IV and Part V of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009, shall apply from 1 July 2011.",
