# Commission Regulation (EU) No 742/2010 of 17 August 2010 amending Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 laying down common detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards buying-in and selling of agricultural products under public intervention, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2010.
However, Article 1(2), as regards point B of Part II, Part III, point (a) of Part IV and Part V of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009, shall apply from 1 July 2011.
