  "text": "The table in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 452/2007 is hereby amended by inserting the following:\nThe duty hereby imposed shall be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 356/2009.
