# Commission Regulation (EU) No 848/2010 of 27 September 2010 derogating, for the marketing year 2010/2011, from Article 63(2)(a) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards the dates for communicating the carry forward of surplus sugar, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2010 to 30 September 2011.
