# Regulation (EU) No 912/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2010 setting up the European GNSS Agency, repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1321/2004 on the establishment of structures for the management of the European satellite radio navigation programmes and amending Regulation (EC) No 683/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 22: Security rules on the protection of classified or sensitive information

1. The Agency shall apply the Commission’s security rules regarding the protection of EU classified information.
2. The Agency may establish, in its internal rules, provisions for the handling of non-classified but sensitive information. Such provisions shall cover, inter alia, the exchange, handling and storage thereof.
