  "text": "The Agency shall be managed by its Executive Director, who shall perform his/her duties under the supervision of the Administrative Board, without prejudice to the powers granted to the Security Accreditation Board and the Chairperson of the Security Accreditation Board in accordance with Articles 11 and 11a respectively.\nWithout prejudice to the powers of the Commission and the Administrative Board, the Executive Director shall be independent in the performance of his/her duties and shall neither seek nor take instructions from any government or from any other body.",
