# Council Regulation (EU) No 973/2010 of 25 October 2010 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on imports of certain industrial products into the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira, Article 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Customs Code Committee.
2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 4 and 7 of Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission shall apply.
The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
