# Regulation (EU) No 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 October 2010 laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the market (Text with EEA relevance), Article 21: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from 3 March 2013. However, Articles 6(2), 7(1), 8(7) and 8(8) shall apply as from 2 December 2010.
