# Regulation (EU) No 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 October 2010 laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the market (Text with EEA relevance), Article 9: List of monitoring organisations

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The competent authority must publish the list of the monitoring organisations and must make it available in such manner as the competent authority sees fit. The list must be regularly updated.
