  "heading": "Follow-up to safety recommendations and safety recommendations database",
  "text": "1. The addressee of a safety recommendation shall acknowledge receipt of the transmittal letter and inform the safety investigation authority which issued the recommendation within 90 days of the receipt of that letter, of the actions taken or under consideration, and where appropriate, of the time necessary for their completion and where no action is taken, the reasons therefor.\n2. Within 60 days of the receipt of the reply, the safety investigation authority shall inform the addressee whether or not it considers the reply adequate and give justification when it disagrees with the decision to take no action.\n3. The safety investigation authority shall implement procedures to record the responses to the safety recommendations it issued.\n4.
