  "heading": "For the purposes of subheadings 2204 10, 2204 21 and 2204 29:",
  "text": "(a) ‘wines with a protected designation of origin (PDO)’ and ‘wines with a protected geographical indication (PGI)’ are wines which comply with the provisions of Articles 118b to 118t of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 (OJ L 299, 16.11.2007, p. 1) and the provisions adopted in implementation of the aforesaid Regulation and defined in national regulations;\n(b) ‘varietal wines’ are wines which comply with the provisions of Article 118z of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 (OJ L 299, 16.11.2007, p. 1) and the provisions adopted in implementation of the aforesaid Regulation and defined in national regulations;\n(c) ‘wines produced in the Community’ are wines which comply with the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 (OJ L 299, 16.11.2007, p. 1) and Article 55 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 (OJ L 193, 24.7.2009, p. 60).",
