For the purposes of subheadings 2204 30 92 and 2204 30 96, ‘concentrated grape must’ means grape must for which the figure indicated by a refractometer (used in accordance with the method prescribed in the ‘Compendium of International Methods of Analysis of Wines and Musts’ of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, as published in the ‘C’ series of the Official Journal) at a temperature of 20 °C is not less than 50,9 %.
