# Commission Regulation (EU) No 1006/2011 of 27 September 2011 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(A) The expression ‘precious metal’ means silver, gold and platinum.
(B) The expression ‘platinum’ means platinum, iridium, osmium, palladium, rhodium and ruthenium.
(C) The expression ‘precious or semi-precious stones’ does not include any of the substances specified in note 2(b) to Chapter 96.
