# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1084/2011 of 27 October 2011 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008, laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries, Article 2: Correcting provisions

The text relating to Canada in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 is amended as follows:
(1) in point 1, points (b) and (c) are replaced by the following:
(b) ‘processed agricultural products for use as food and feed.’;
(2) in point 5, the sixth indent ‘Control Union Certifications (CUC), www.controlunion.com’ is deleted.
