# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1084/2011 of 27 October 2011 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008, laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, Article 2 shall apply from 28 June 2011.
