  "text": "The images are purely for information.\nDescription of the goods\nClassification(CN code)\nReasons\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nAn article in the form of a conical piece of titanium having, at its lower end, a shank with an external thread (so-called ‘artificial tooth stump’).\nIt is for use in dentistry. It is intended to be screwed into an artificial tooth root implanted in the jaw and connect the root with the artificial crown.\nAt importation, it is in a sterilised packing.\nSee images.\n9021 29 00\nClassification is determined by General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, Note 2 b) to Chapter 90 and by the wording of CN codes 9021 and 9021 29 00.\nDue to its design, the product is for specific use in dentistry and cannot be considered to be a ‘part of general use’ as referred to in Note 2 to Section XV. Therefore, classification under Section XV is excluded.\nThe article, being a part of a dental fitting, is to be classified under heading 9021 which includes various dentists’ accessories for making dental crowns or dentures (see also the Harmonised System Explanatory Notes to heading 9021 (III) (B) (4)).\nThe product is therefore to be classified under CN code 9021 29 00 as a part of a dental fitting.",
