# Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2: Instructor certificates

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An instructor certificate issued by the CAA in accordance with the national requirements shall be converted into a Part-FCL certificate provided that the applicant complies with the following requirements:
National certificate or privileges held
Experience
Any further requirements
Replacement certificate

(3)
(4)
FI(H)/IRI(H)/TRI(H)
as required under Part-FCL for the relevant certificate
FI(H)/IRI(H)/TRI(H) (*)
Revalidation of the certificate shall be subject to the completion of the relevant requirements set out in Part-FCL.
