# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1207/2011 of 22 November 2011 laying down requirements for the performance and the interoperability of surveillance for the single European sky (Text with EEA relevance), Division 4: The verification of systems identified in points (b), (c) and (d) of Article 2(1) shall produce the elements of the technical file required by point 3 of Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 552/2004 including the following elements:

(a)description of the implementation;
(b)the report of inspections and tests achieved before putting the system into service.
