# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1207/2011 of 22 November 2011 laying down requirements for the performance and the interoperability of surveillance for the single European sky (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1

The assessment of the level of the ongoing performance of the systems referred to in points (b), (c) and (d) of Article 2(1) shall be performed in the volume of airspace where the corresponding provision of surveillance services utilising the systems is undertaken.
