# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1207/2011 of 22 November 2011 laying down requirements for the performance and the interoperability of surveillance for the single European sky (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3

Before the implementation of airspace design modification the systems referred to in points (b), (c) and (d) of Article 2(1) shall be verified in order to check that they still meet the required performance in the new volume of operation.
