Article 14 Transport of banknotes in an unarmoured CIT vehicle of ordinary appearance equipped with IBNS

Companies holding a cross-border CIT licence may carry out cross-border transport of euro banknotes by road using an unarmoured CIT vehicle equipped with IBNS, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. (a)

   the vehicle is of ordinary appearance;

2. (b)

   there are at least two CIT security staff per vehicle;

3. (c)

   none of the CIT security staff wears a uniform.
