  "text": "This Regulation is without prejudice to the application of national rules that require:\n(a) cash-transport operations to be notified to the police in advance;\n(b) CIT vehicles to be equipped with a device that allows them to be tracked at a remote distance by the police;\n(c) high-value point-to-point transport to be escorted by the police.",
