Article 8 of Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows:
- (1)
in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 387 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 400 000’;
- (2)
in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 4 845 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 000 000’.
