  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1931/2006 is hereby amended as follows:\n(1) at the end of Article 3, point (2), the following sentence is added:\n‘The areas listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall be considered as part of the border area;’;\n(2) the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as an Annex.",
