  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1370/2011\nof 21 December 2011\nentering a name in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications [Горнооряховски суджук (Gornooryahovski sudzhuk) (PGI)]\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs, and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 7(4) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nPursuant to the first subparagraph of Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006, Bulgaria’s application to register the name ‘Горнооряховски суджук’ (Gornooryahovski sudzhuk) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union .\n(2)\nA statement of objection was lodged by Cyprus under Article 7(3)(c) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006.\n(3)\nBy letter dated 31 January 2011, the Commission asked the Parties concerned to seek agreement among them. An agreement was reached within six months and Cyprus withdrew its objection on 22 July 2011.\n(4)\nThe name should therefore be entered in the register,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
