  "text": "In addition to the general hygiene requirements provided for in Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009, processing plants shall have a documented pest control programme in place for the implementation of the arrangements for protection against pests, such as insects, rodents and birds, referred to in Article 25(1)(c) of that Regulation.",
