  "heading": "The critical control points that determine the extent of the heat treatments applied in processing shall include for each processing method as specified in Chapter III:",
  "text": "(a)raw material particle size;\n(b)temperature achieved in the heat treatment process;\n(c)pressure, if applied to the raw material;\n(d)duration of the heat treatment process or feed rate to a continuous system. Minimum processing standards must be specified for each applicable critical control point.",
