Division 1 Products derived from the processing of:

Category 1 material shall be:

1. (i)

   disposed of in accordance with Article 12(a) or (b) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009;

2. (ii)

   disposed of by burial in an authorised landfill;

3. (iii)

   F1transformed into biogas. In such case the digestion residues must be disposed of in accordance with point (i) or (ii), except where the material results from processing in accordance with point 2(a) or (b) where the residues can be used in accordance with the conditions set out in point 2(a) or point 2(b)(iii) as appropriate; or

4. (iv)

   further processed into fat derivatives for uses other than feeding.

Category 2 or Category 3 material shall be:

1. (i)

   disposed of as provided for in point 1(a)(i) or (ii), with or without prior processing as provided for in Article 13(a) and (b) and Article 14(a) and (b) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009;

2. (ii)

   further processed into fat derivatives for uses other than feeding;

3. (iii)

   used as an organic fertiliser or soil improver; or

4. (iv)

   composted or transformed into biogas.
