  "text": "The maximum percentage as referred to in Article 19(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 shall not exceed the following:\n(a)10 % of the bovine population of Great Britain;\n(b)25 % of the ovine and caprine population of Great Britain;\n(c)10 % of the porcine population of Great Britain; and\n(d)a percentage of the population of other species which is determined by the competent authority, on the basis of an assessment of the possible risks for public and animal health which arise from the disposal of animals of those species by burning or burial on site.",
